The Service is intended for adults aged 18 or older.
Sign-in is via Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Paid plans are sold through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which handles payment, invoicing and applicable tax. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. See the Refund & Cancellation policy.
You may not abuse, scrape, resell, or attempt to disrupt the Service, and you must stay within the usage limits of your plan.
Participation in the referral/affiliate program is subject to additional terms, published separately.
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate, and we do not guarantee uptime or results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the Service or your trading/investment decisions.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or chargebacks.
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the courts of Israel have jurisdiction. (Needs legal review.)
The Service is offered globally in English and Hebrew. We do not warrant suitability for every local regulation; you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
