Market Cycle Radar is a research and decision-support platform with educational content and price-time “watch windows”. It is NOT financial or investment advice, NOT buy/sell signals, NOT portfolio management, and offers NO guaranteed outcome.
The Service is intended for adults aged 18 or older.
Sign-in is via Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
The Service is currently offered FREE OF CHARGE: every feature is open to registered users, no payment method is collected, and no charge is made. We will give notice in advance before any paid plan launches, and nothing will ever be charged to you without you choosing it.
If and when paid plans launch, they will be sold through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which handles payment, invoicing and applicable tax; paid plans would renew automatically until cancelled. See the Refund & Cancellation policy.
You may not abuse, scrape, resell, or attempt to disrupt the Service, and you must stay within the usage limits of your plan.
Participation in the referral/affiliate program is subject to additional terms, published separately. Commissions are a share of payments actually received, so while the Service is free no commission accrues; referrals are still tracked and attributed to the referring account.
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate, and we do not guarantee uptime or results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the Service or your trading/investment decisions.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or chargebacks.
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the courts of Israel have jurisdiction. (Needs legal review.)
The Service is offered globally in English and Hebrew. We do not warrant suitability for every local regulation; you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
